About Archon
History:
Archon Engineering, PC was founded in 1992. Archon began by designing and selling engineering software programs. Archon has grown over the years and now provides civil, structural and mechanical analysis and design consulting services for a wide variety of clients.
Vision:
Archon Engineering will be an upper tier Engineering Design and Services company, which provides top notch personnel and products to all clients. Archon’s in house QA Procedures and associated design processes used by experienced Professional Engineers ensure clients receive deliverables which pass Internal and External Agency Evaluations (NRC, State Permitting Agencies, etc.) On-site staff augmentation personnel will provide cost-effective support services that meet or exceed expectations, since all personnel have extensive experience, ambition and dedication which assures project goals will be satisfied.
Qualifications:
Archon's engineers have professional registrations in Missouri, Kansas, Kentucky and New Mexico with the ability to obtain registrations in other states if required. Archon Engineering, PC holds a NRC/DOE security clearance with engineers having “Q” and “L” level clearances.
QA Program:
Archon has a 10CFR50 Appendix B Nuclear QA Program. In addition, our QA Program complies with the requirements of ISO 9001/2000, as well as ASME NQA-1, 1994. Archon's QA program has been audited by Nuclear Utilities, ans as such has been listed on NUPIC for the benefit of utility members of NUPIC. This can streamline the process of placing Archon on the prospective client's “Qualified Supplier's List” (QSL).
